Pre-event & On-site

 

• Creative brainstorming and mood boards

•  Responsible for general project management

• Coordinated suppliers, materials and equipment rentals

• Set-up and venue decoration

 

 

On filming set

 

• Helped prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.

• Assisted costume designers, directors, camera people, and other crew members

• Printed and distributed daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets)

• Escorted actors around the filming area and coordinate extras

• Conducted crowd control by putting up signs, etc.

• Acted as a runner distributing messages or items within film crew and cast

• Performed administrative work
