Images Vevey promotes visual arts and cultural development for the region by bringing to life the "Vevey City of Images" brand through three core activities:

- Switzerland’s main visual arts biennale Festival Images Vevey,

- the international photography competition Grand Prix Images Vevey

- The permanent gallery for contemporary photography Espace Images Vevey

Key Responsibilities

Pre-event & On-site

• Managed marketing and promoting the event

• Managed insurance and all event legalities

• Coordinated suppliers (incl. caterers) and equipment rentals, including set-up and venue decoration

• Hired, briefed and managed staff (15 bartenders and 4 security agents)

• Managed bar and inventory controls

• Managed transfer of bar revenue
