The “Follow the Rabbit” concept was inspired by Lewis Carroll’s novel “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”. We chose to mix the original version with several contemporary versions

to achieve the feel of a warm, indoor, wonder garden for 50 guests.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-event & On-site

• Creative brainstorming, mood boards and responsible for the “Follow the Rabbit” concept

• Responsible for general project management

• Managed communication material design and production (STD, invitations) with the graphic design team

• Coordinated suppliers (incl. caterer), materials and equipment rentals, including set-up and venue decoration

• Hired, briefed and managed staff (hostesses); coordinated staff uniforms

• Event/Client management & relations (on site)
