PR Event

Bowling Lausanne, Switzerland

The SIL is the energy provider for Lausanne and its
suburbs.
Each year SIL invites their most important clients for PR purposes to “A picnic at...”. The concept is to create a picnic atmosphere in an unusual and unexpected place or time. For the 2015 edition, SIL invited their 200 guests to“A picnic in the Sixties", inspired by the movie Grease and the Sixties in the United States in a bowling alley.

Pre-event & On-site

Creative brainstorming and mood boards
Managed venue booking
Managed insurance and all event legalities
Responsible for general project management
Managed communication material design and production (STD, invitations, confirmations) with the graphic design team
Coordinated suppliers, materials and equipment rentals, including set-up and venue decoration
Hired, briefed and managed staff (hostesses); coordinated staff uniforms
Managed backstage set-up and musicians
Event/Client management & relations (on site)
